We had a great experience with Landmark Property Services. They were quick to respond with a reasonable quote, and the work was scheduled for the very next week. The team completed a full spring cleanup and added fresh mulch to our large garden beds in both the front and back yard. They were professional, efficient, and left our yard looking fantastic, we absolutely love the results. We also had them handle aeration and fertilization for both the front and back lawn, and everything turned out great. We'll definitely continue using them in the future!

What's the best time to aerate a Colorado lawn?
For our cool-season grasses like Kentucky bluegrass, fall is the best window, roughly late August through mid-October. That lets the grass recover and fill in before winter. Spring aeration helps too, but fall gets the best results on the Front Range.
