How it works

  1. 1

    We clear it out

Leaves, dead growth, branches, and winter debris come off the lawn and out of the beds.

  2. 2

    We prep the beds

We cut back what needs it, edge the beds, and pull the early weeds before they take hold.

  3. 3

    We haul it away

It all leaves with us. You walk out to a clean yard that is ready for the season.

What this means on the Front Range

Seasonal cleanups bookend the growing year. In spring we clear the winter mess so the lawn greens up even instead of pushing through a mat of old leaves. In fall we get the leaves off before they pack down and smother the grass under the snow.

This is also the job where a yard changes the most in a single visit, which is why the before and after below is a cleanup. It all leaves with us when we go.

Where we offer this

We had a great experience with Landmark. They were quick to respond with a reasonable quote, and the work was scheduled for the very next week. The team did a full spring cleanup and added fresh mulch to the garden beds front and back. Professional, efficient, and they left our yard looking fantastic. We will definitely keep using them.

Questions about this service

When should I schedule a spring cleanup in Colorado?

Once the snow is mostly done and the ground is workable, usually April into May on the Front Range. A spring cleanup clears the winter debris and lets the lawn green up evenly instead of fighting through a mat of old leaves.

Do I need both a spring and a fall cleanup?

Most yards do best with both. Fall clears the leaves before they smother the grass over winter, and spring resets everything for the growing season. You can book one or both, whatever your yard needs.
